CISAT RMUTL Organizes English Preparation Course for Chinese Pre-Engineering Students

October 20 - November 4, 2025: 
College of Integrated Science and Technology (CISAT), Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna (RMUTL) organized an English preparation course for Chinese students who are studying Pre-Engineering (English Program) at CISAT, RMUTL. The course consists of various subjects: English for Everyday Conversations, Engineering Vocabulary, Pronunciation Practice, Tools and Technology for Learning English, and Learning English through Thai Cultures. Apart from these interesting subjects, students were taken on a class trip to Chiangmai’s famous temples and a handicraft village to get a hands-on experience into Thai culture and beliefs. The course concludes with an excursion into the culinary world of chinese cuisine in which students presented their much-loved dishes from different parts of China. They were also introduced to the famous Thai culinary culture by each taking part in making a world-renowned Thai dish, Som Tum.
